This work often evolves organically, deepening over time through mutual trust and shared success. We’ve had the privilege of walking alongside several organizations through multiple phases of growth and change, including:

  • St. Michaels University School (SMUS): Building and operationalizing a multi-year EDI strategy, including baseline benchmarking, staff engagement, inclusive signage and language policies, and contributions to the CAIS review process.
  • Community Social Services Health & Safety Association of BC (CSSHSA): Advising on board governance renewal, integration of reconciliation and EDI into bylaws and practices, and facilitating annual retreats to shape organizational culture.
  • Kelly Lake: Supporting the formation and development of an Indigenous Governing Body, including governance structures, policies, strategic direction, and implementation planning.
  • Lower Fraser Fisheries Alliance (LFFA): Contributing to long-term planning, organizational structure development, HR and finance policy, and Nation-specific engagement strategies.
